The EU-HRCP has benchmarked the electric utility industry since 1986 and in 1995 outsourced the project management of an informal organization to HR Strategies & Solutions, Inc. located in Raleigh, NC. The group has more than 50 electric utilities and support organizations involved to survey/benchmark during the year and share information at an annual conference. The EU-HRCP is ONLY open to electric utilities and direct support companies (NHRG only).
